The Headquarters of this Global Commercial Bank is a prominent landmark in the heart of Central. Built in the 1980’s, the building’s hardware needs regular maintenance and upgrades. Since late 1990’s, Keio has installed various systems within the headquarters which consists of the building’s basement to the top floor. Throughout the years, Keio has received nearly 20 contracts from our client which included upgrading works for electrical, mechanical and plumbing and drainage systems as well as covering builder’s work, fitting outs and A&A works.
