MTR Yau Tong Ventilation Building Residential Development

In parallel with the iconic Yau Tong Bay redevelopment in recent years, which aims to enhance the East Kowloon district — the JV of the MTR Corporation, Sino Group and CSI Properties has progressively developed the first residential development above a ventilation building in Hong Kong.

Keio has been awarded the Electrical and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) contract for the superstructure above the MTR Yau Tong Ventilation Building.

Residential units constructed above ventilation buildings require specific design and regulatory considerations to ensure safety and proper airflow. In compliance with Hong Kong’s building codes and regulations, the project emphasizes the importance of fire safety, ventilation, and access requirements.

The project is now at its halfway, and Keio remains committed to delivering world-class Electrical and ELV design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning services to our customer.
